What is your cancellation policy?

No longer need our services? You can cancel your contract with Straker from the moment you get your quote right up until 30 minutes after you've made your first payment. We'll need a cancellation request in writing, which you can send to your account manager, project manager, or our support team at enquiries@strakergroup.com.
